1. Complimentary Services
Our complimentary service is a limited-time offer for new clients to receive a free sample of one of our listed services, which can be withdrawn at anytime. By accepting, the client agrees that Paraview Media may use the final work in its portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials.

2. Ownership and Usage Rights

Clients are granted full rights to use the final product for their own purposes. Paraview Media retains ownership of all final products and reserves the right to use completed work in our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials for promotional use, supporting both parties.

3. Payment Terms
All payments are due as outlined in the project agreement or invoice. Additional work beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges and will be mentioned, and documented for invoicing.

4. Limitation of Liability
Paraview Media is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or deliverables. Before final delivery, Paraview Media will require the client’s sign-off confirming that the work meets their requirements. Once approved, all responsibility for the use and outcome of the final product rests with the client.

5. Revisions

Paraview Media aims to ensure client satisfaction and may offer revisions if the client is dissatisfied with the final product. The scope and number of revisions are determined on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. This courtesy may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
